Since every time an update gets released, not everything goes right, so having a thread for reporting all the issues people are having could be a good thing for both you devs that us.

Always try to use the official bug tracker to report issues, but since no-one reply there, here we might have some luck ;)

Nice to see that the discovery view is getting more usable, but I think that someone messed up with the transparency of the games preview.

See attached image.

The changelog linked on the first post is not updated.

Also, I still have the 2.0.55 and checking for updates reports that there are none...

Yep, the changelog will be updated there once GOG updates the page, in the meantime you can see all the changes in the images attached below.

Updates may roll out differently for everyone, I think you can force the it by reinstalling Galaxy

No, if available, everybody will get it once Galaxy checks for updates. You can do that manually as well.
The latest stable release still is 2.0.55. New stable releases always have an offline installer available which can be downloaded here. As you can see, the latest version is 2.0.55.

That "Pandora update" window, you've posted is also from the preview build. ;)

Oups, they usually use namings only for stable updates, my bad :)

It's confusing sometimes, I know. If there's one constancy GOG has, it's their inconstancy. xD

I also wouldn't call it "stable". Galaxy has so many issues and they still manage to add new bugs with every update. :(

I know, since it's a beta, and will ever be, isn't really correct to name it like this.
The fact is that, at least for me, they are just focussing on useless things. If they at least could finish one thing...

Useless for you and yes, for me as well. They're simply trying to generate more sales with Galaxy.
Because of the manual game import bug for some games with a lot of DLCs, I rolled back to 2.0.46 on my desktop. As a side effect, I really enjoy the client without the shopping bloat they've added with the "Discover feature". xD

The only thing I use of the Discovery tab is the news feed, since is faster to check news there than on the site... maybe also the banners, but everything else is complete trash.

I don't blame the rest of the launcher: I like the appearance and all the sorting/filtering options
Initially Galaxy was promising as the one launcher but it seems they kind of gave up on that aspect. That in turn made me give up on Galaxy and switch to Playnite. For me it is doing far better job at combining all the games in one place.
Just letting you know that the game preview feature is still bugged even on the stable build.

It's not so much stable, I think :/
The scroll bar for tags seems to have gone missing for me in the last update.
The latest update put a ton of crash reports in Reilabilty monitor for me on this update.
Everything is working great so I don't know whats up with Rel. Monitor.

I'm on the latest stable, and the preview works ok for me, it's only a little slow loading images.
