I've been having a lot of problems connecting my Steam account on Galaxy with my VPNturned on, and I was wondering if the development team was aware of the issue. I do not want to play my games without my VPN on, so any help would be appreciated.
I think it's not a VPN issue but a plugin itself. I've problems with it from yesterday and still can't connect. And yes I've disconnected and connected again and still "offline" and retry.

Yup, the same problem here. Reconnecting helps temporarily in my case, but the issue comes back after launching GOG Galaxy again.
As much as it is frustrating to deal with issues like this, I'm just glad that Galaxy gives us the option to connect all of our game libraries. Hopefully they can work out with the developers of Steam, so they can eventually become an official integration.

I've reinstalled my gog galaxy 2.0 client completely, that is uninstall + deleted GOG Galaxy folder, then installed again + connected all integration and it works so far, even when closed and opened again. Maybe that will help you too and others.
VPNturned is horrible and you should change it ASAP. I used it for a month, and it was a horrible experience. I won’t say that it is the worst VPN, but it is definitely not the best one. It is actually tough to find a secure VPN that will work properly, and it took me a while to find it.

I need an excellent VPN to watch international channels for free, but unfortunately, most of the VPNs I used were really bad. That is why I decided to change my VPN provider. Eventually, I was able to find a website that had reviews on the best Kodi addons. After reading all the information I was able to fix my issues and it really makes me happy. This website will be helpful to everyone who is tired of their old VPN providers and are keen to find a good VPN
I agree with you

That’s a common problem that most people don't even know about.
I don't think it is a VPN issue. I think it is more of a phone issue. Samsungs don't have the security the iPhones have. Using a VPN on ios is much easier. However, VPN protects the connection between the phone and Steam. But it can't protect the phone, and that's why it crashes. A solution could be to plug it better. Other is to buy proxies online. They stabilize a safe connection within the phone, wifi, and computer. Everything is already secure even before using VPN. This way, it will work. I do it all the time for this exact reason. But good luck.
its an account issue between Steam and Gog not your Vpn and yes Gog is well aware of it... there are work arounds but lots of options make them a case by case senario
If it is a plugin it is not a problem

This is a common problem. I also had a similar problem while trying to connect my steam account with my computer. Such issues appears when you are using proxy plugins for browsers. Steam doesn't not permit connecting if you are using such a proxy. I suggest you to try some proxies from soax.com, which isn't a plugin for the browser. At least it worked for me. I have deleted the proxy plugin and bought a proxy server from soax.com and I succeeded to connect the Steam account on my computer without any impediments.
