It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

When a download fails you have to manually go to the game's page and tell it to retry, then it will resume from where it was before. Why isn't this automatic?

It's incredibly frustrating to leave a download going over night and wake up to find it stopped after half an hour. I have a poor internet connection so this happens to me a lot; even though I use Galaxy 2 all the time I've had to go back to downloading installers through my web browser because it's just so much more reliable.
+1

This makes Galaxy totally unusable. At a network error - or hibernating the computer - it often fails the entire download process which must be restarted from scratch.

Downloading Original Sin 2 over an 8mbps connection seems particularly doomed.

EDIT: It seems carefully exiting the GoG Galaxy client without touching the download and restarting it sometimes is able to recover and resume the process. Still, super painful and buggy.

I am currently watching every single download fail.
