Hello, That's a vague error message, but try this:
1. If GOG Galaxy is installed, uninstall it.
2. Install both vc_redist.x86.exe and vc_redist.x64.exe.
3. Restart your system.
4. Run the latest full installer. That page is a bit difficult to read in browsers other than Firefox, but hopefully you can see the second link is for Windows.

Open a support ticket, if you haven't already. Tell the chatbot the issue is of type "other" twice to skip to that step. Zip up C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\logs and attach it to your ticket.

Okay, so the problem was with firewall settings. You should allow incoming connections for GOG service processes too
