Would anyone have a direct link to the current Galaxy installer? The updater is borked under Wine and in their infinite wisdom there does not appear to be any link on the "Why you really want Galaxy"-page when it detects a Linux system and I'm in no mood to work around this...
Hello,

For members on my Discord server, i've built my own url shortener and a link which always lead you to latest full setup.
I didn't host files, my link lead (redirect) you to latest full installer for Windows.
To avoid any issue, this link is in cache and refresh each 6 hours.

No-redirect version which show you full link used by my shorten URL:

Sometimes GoG CDN return an old version. I try to find why, probably some kind of cache on server-side.
Anyway, it's up-to-date right now, without any change on my side.

FYI i resolve the URL just like online installer does, I call a remote JSON then parse it.

Note : 2.0.31.** is beta version. I only fetch stable version.

Edit : i've just added a thing to prevent this issue.

Mhm, I kinda lost track of this topic. Let's use the new year to tie up lose ends.

For the record, I ended up installing a simple user agent faker addon, pretended to be IE for a few seconds and grabbed the online installer. On the bright side, the same online installer works every time I manually need to pipe in an updated version.

It would be nicer if they just managed to make their updater Wine-friendly again. It used to work just fine in the past...

Anyway, thanks for the direct link. I'm going to bookmark that just in case.
