Worked for me too. Be careful with the spaces, use 4 spaces, don't use tab, for the jumps. Watch the original github code.

Yes it's the limitation for now. I am using hibernation and restart PC not too often, then it's a perfect solution.

Has anyone tried Medyk.n's solution but then marking the file as read-only? Maybe that'd solve the reboot issue?

Yes, and it had no positive effect. Closing Galaxy and starting again turns the integration plugin offline, even if you write-protect the entire steam folder or only the mentioned file.

Urgh figures. I love Galaxy but this sort of crap is really starting to bug me. Thanks for letting us know.

I switched to Playnite and did not regret it! So much cool stuff to do. You can organize your game lib so much better. You can configure it in many ways and even use Add-Ons, which bring in some really cool functions.

Yep, I'm gonna try it tonight myself. I love Galaxy, I love GOG, but both have been getting on my nerves lately. I still plan to use Galaxy for my GOG library at least, but yeah, GOG needs to get on this and figure out a better way to do integrations so that they don't just up and break like this.
