I'm on version 2.0.11.2 and I was able to connect to everything else but when I tried to log onto PlayStation it said it couldn't connect to the server and gave me this error code: "18.55dc6068.1576014145.1ed589e5" I've tried restarting the app and restarting my computer but it still doesn't work.
EDIT: It works now I think you might have to add it from somewhere that isn't the plus button at the top.

I had the same issue. What region is your psn? Mine is Japanese and I thought it might only work for playstation now which I think only works in the USA.
6 months later, still having this same issue.

I had the same issue and had to resort to purging the plugin and reconnecting. Please try it by going to your folder where the plugins are installed. It might look like this: C:\Users\UserName\appdata\Local\GOG.com\Galaxy\plugins\installed
Find the PSN folder and delete (or move) it. Restart GOG. And redo the PSN integration setup.
Wish you luck!

I'm also having problems with connecting to PSN and unfortunately, this does not work for me because I cannot find the PSN folder in Plugins. It's only showing me a folder called 'GalaxyPluginXbox'. Maybe my directory is messed up...

Well, I guess it's not necessary.

Follow the detailed instructions I have listed on my GitHub page, which is a more detailed writeup of Bustacap's workaround.

Thank you! This looks a lot more helpful. I'll try it out as soon as I get a chance (been very busy lately).

Deleting the plugin and let it re-install works, you don't need to do the hard stuff editing.
I went to my PS account and deactivated two-factor authentication and it worked right after attempting to delete the plugin like 5 times. Maybe the GOG client can't use two-factor?
