I had to reinstall Galaxy.
I have copied the old folder over to the new place then installed Galaxy again in the new place.
Now all my bookmarks are gone from the left the side panel where I put my to-play games.
Is this normal behavior? I thought such settings would be saved online to my account... any way of getting them back?

Those things are mainly saved in the folder:

C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy


EDIT:

seems like there is no way to report SPAM on this forum anymore...

The tags still exist, you have to create the bookmark again.
