Economic crisis affecting your finances? Can't afford to buy all the GOG.com games you want? Add them to your personal wishlist and save them for later!
GOG.com's catalogue already has more than 120 games and sometimes it's hard to buy all the Good Old Games you want. That's why we've launched a "personal wishlist" where you can gather all the games from GOG.com's catalogue that you'd like to buy at a later date. On every game page, just under the "download now" button, we have added an "add to wishlist" option. Click on it and the game will be added to your personal wishlist and the button will change to "on my wishlist." Click on the button again and you'll be redirected to your list on the "My Account/My Games" page.
Thank you very much, this was a long awaited feature
And Bansama was just about to register his domain for his wishlist
BTW, share function is sweet.

And Bansama was just about to register his domain for his wishlist
And still will be. You may be asking why...
The simple reason is that my site is more than just a wishlist for ONE site. Unlike the wishlists here, on Impulse and Gamersgate, my list can cater for ALL sites as I am not directly connected to any of them. GOG, for example, canot suddenly let you add games you want from other sites to a wishlist here. But I can. I can provide a one-stop place to go to to compare prices (a feature I'll be rolling out soon), which again, GOG cannot provide.
However, I'm happy that GOG now have a wishlist as I should be able to make it easy to import lists from here and the other sites, into my site. So once again, you will have a one-stop place to go to view all the items you want from different sites -- and don't forget, you'll be able to set your lists on my site to be viewed publicly (great for letting people see what you want for that birthday you've got coming up).

Awesome. I'll just use ya for GG and such.
Sadly, this new feature doesn't show with Firefox 3 and Google Chrome, only with IE (Version 8) and Opera.
edit: Admit it, you fixed it, while i was typing ;)

Lies. I used this 19 minutes ago with FF3.
Thank you very much GOG.

For me it didn't worked with IE8 untill i cleared the temp files. No problems with Firefox.
YAY!!!
I already added Rainbow Six, Ghost Recon, DN3D, and MegaRace 1 + 2.

Ghhh, I'll need about 130 bucks to clear my wishlist... Roll on the payday.

Hehe, no, it was tested to work in FF3, IE8, Safari3 and many others... Probably your browser had some old images / css files cached and missed the new ones on the first visit. It happens sometimes and manual page refresh usually solves the problem :)
I am a fan of Bansama's grand plan
Finally!
My (numerous) prayers (and messages to the GOG team) have been answered!
Thanks GOG, once again for a great feature, I'll be sure to go choosing whatever I want to purchase next.
I've got one question though: Can you make the site somehow show/scroll through these want list games on the front page instead of the regular "Recommendations for you"-games, it would be a good reminder, rather than seeing the exact same four games I won't be probably buying.
EDIT: Another thing, could it be made so that other people could see your wishlist and could gift the games for you, it would bring much better use to the wishlist.
EDIT2: I can't seem to add Septerra's Core to my personal wishlist at all.
