Literally Pong on some shitty cartridge console that barely worked that my dad got from some car boot sale at the school. I developed quite a taste for it despite its limitations and that was quickly replaced by my cousin's C64. That thing even had a massive, massive floppy drive with it which you could have killed a guy with. Seriously, if that thing fell on you, you wouldn't be getting up again.
That's a hard question. I believe, back in kindergarten, it was this pirate game (I don't remember the name, but it wasn't Sid Meier's), G-Police on Windows 95, or Redline Racer on Windows 95 (Which I still haven't been able to find, but was an excellent game).
My parent got me pong for my birthday in the early 70s. It was a new thing. I played star trek on my Uncle's tsr-80. Bought my first computer in the 80s (C64), and the first game I bought was Bard's Tale. That game taught me to never buy a game where you have to map out dungeons on graph paper. I spent many hours on that game.

It took me days to find the building to train and level up. I remember going up and down every street and entering every home trying to find. I haven't played the game in decades and I could probably find that stupid training house in under 10 minutes because all the time I spent looking for it.

I know my first console was the Mega Drive, and the games I had for it were Sonic 1, Toejam & Earl, and California Games. My first game could have been any of these, or none of them. My memory isn't really working for this.
First game i ever played, i don't remember :( but i was atari game.

The first game what I bought myself is a futuristic submarine game.... i dont remember for the name :(
(i played with it on 386 or 486)

I drank my memory away :(

But I remember for Fallen Haven and Steel Panthers, two great game :)

Our family got an Atari some time in 1979, when I was 5 or 6 years old, and my first game was Air Sea Battle:
http://www.mobygames.com/game/atari-2600/air-sea-battle

You had a gun/cannon at the bottom of the screen and aircraft were flying back and forth overhead (in straight lines, at constant speeds). You could “aim” your gun in one of three angles. And then you shot at the aircraft. It was basically a shooting gallery. There were some variations where you could change the types of aircraft, or could be a submarine shooting up at boats. Or you could play with two players simultaneously, with each person controlling their own gun and competing for the highest score. There was also a two player version where one person was a plane flying across the top and the other was a submarine floating across the bottom: you could speed up or slow down, but you were still confined to moving in a straight line across the screen, and you shot back and forth at each other. And that was it. It was fun for a while (more so if you were playing with a friend), but not something you’d get so engrossed with that you’d play for hours at a time.

Amazing to compare that to any modern game and see how far we've come in 35 years.

Pokemon Red when I was like 4.
I didn't understand how to use flash and thus never got past Mt. Moon.
Super Mario Land 1 on the Gameboy Pocket. I got it at the age of 5 and it took me 2 years to beat it, nowadays I can do it in less than 20 min, I was terrible back then :P
Lode Runner on the Apple II.
I thought this thread would never become as popular as it is. 14 freaking pages man! :D
