Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic... I've easily lost months to those games with the number of times I've played them.

Mine is probably Diablo 2 as well, it was a fantastic game before patch 1.10. I spent way to many hours leveling up a ton of characters and pvping. Its a shame nothing came close to it in the action rpg area since its release.
Diablo wins for hours spent playing it but the Monkey Island series is up there as well for being my favourite adventure games. One and two are amazing and three wasn't to bad as a finish for the series.

Mine would probably be NWN, followed by the BG series.

Quake 3.
I used to play every night online, for about 6 years.
Also played at work almost every day (during breaks, and after work, of course).
Now I only play 3-4 times a week.
No game before or since has held my interest as much.
A few I have played 3-4-5 times, but nothing like Q3.

Puzzle Pirates.
I've never been much of a collector so I don't have any cool paraphrenalia, but Puzzle Pirates is the source of my avatar, and I still burst into the occasional outburst of "yarrr," or "I booched it."
I haven't played in months, but I feel "at home" pillaging the seven seas, unlike any game I've ever played before. I eat other games - finish them and move on to the next one.
Also this. The ultimate fallback game. Dead LAN party? Bored and feel like shooting things? This is the answer.
[P.S. This forum's automatic appending of my consecutive posts is very cool.]

I'm a big Capcom fanboy, I'll eat up almost anything they make, save for a few crappy Mega Man's. Also, Rare. I freaking love Rare and all of their games.

I really like Lost Planet. I think it's a bit underrated. And you're our other resident troll so I assume you don't really hate it, but just want to make me rage.
