It all depends on if GOG can convince Lucas Arts that it would be a good idea for them to sell their games here, DRM free and without regional pricing. Lucas Arts have, thus far, been reluctant.
Of course. I don't know why I didn't realize that... could have answered my own question. Knowing Lucas Arts' behavior in the past, the chances of this happening are slim to none.
You can vote for it on the community wishlist - but as AFnord said, it is mostly up to LucasArts. The wishlist is mostly for obscure games that reach high votes - i.e. those which GOG staff might not know to focus on without it. It can also be used to show publishers their games would sell on GOG, but I imagine LucasArts know their games would sell. Still GOG has managed some impressive "gets" in the past that people thought were impossible or close to it, so one should never say never.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, the problem there is that George Lucas hasn't been able to figure out how to "enhance" it or where to place the ewoks.

It could be worse, he could try to force Lumpy (3:00 and forward) into things.

Yeah, as soon as he figures out how to splice full HD CGI sequences into a 320*200 DOS game, we'll see re-releases of X-Wing and TIE Fighter. It's not going to seem awkward or unnatural at all.

Hey Lucas! Stop fiddling with your old stuff! Make something new! And let us have the old stuff as it is, in the best quality possible!
i am certain lucasarts hates making money, i woul kill to see this and the likes of rouge squadron an battle for naboo made for dd an fixed up on modern os'
