I have already said this today with regards to a another topic on another thread, but it bears repeating.
WHAT. IS. THE. POINT.
Anyway, why not just call the game: generic 'badass' kicks alien butt. Or better yet, this game has nothing to do with the X-COM you know and love, but that won't stop us pushing a game out (our ass).

God this fetish the gaming industry has for first person shooters is getting tiresome.
Can't they just remake a great game in the fashion that made it great. Don't fix what ain't broke?

Having trouble figuring out why they wouldn't just make a classic XCOM game or just a new IP. XCOM fans are probably just gonna be pissed and shooter fans probably won't care cause they don't like XCOM.

Bioshock 2 team. Completely different. They both made Bioshock, I guess.

If I recall, some of the original team worked on BioShock 2, but it was largely a new team. Irrational made the first, 2K Marin made the second.

I meant Bioshock 2, oh well.

Irrational did SWAT as well. So..what..
