Is anyone having the new dash yet? (non beta)
I understood it is rolling out gradually. I haven't received it yet.

How does one navigate the web with a controller?

EDIT: Is Kinect supported for zooming / navigating?

As I stated I don't have it yet but I heard it is controllable with kinnekt, voice, controller (chatpad may help) and smartglass.

I always felt the 'browsing the web on a 105" screen in the living room' was mostly a stillborn idea whenever first such ideas came to be many years (decades) ago, because 87% of web browsing is quite personal: personal email, facebook, arguing with others in gaming forums, pr0n sites etc.

If anything, internet and web browsing has moved to the opposite direction, ie. truly personal devices like smartphones and tablets.
