Aliasalpha: It's also a borderline validation for the 'games make you killers' people

Navagon: More like how people with no grip on reality can be influenced by almost anything.

Thats exactly the angle they play off and how its better to be "safe" than sorry

michaelleung: Then again, when do we see people painting themselves blue like the people in Avatar?

Navagon: People have been painting themselves blue before there even were homo sapiens.

Well, obviously they do that more than usual these days.

Next we will probably hear about nearly naked blue ppl jumping on Condors and falling to their death while griping the struggling bird all the way to the ground . . .
I can't find it right now but someone did some analysis on this post last night and found that it was in fact around 16 people activly discussing the topic with some others posting just once, and at the time there were not 1000 posts. Not exactly newsworthy.

@Big Site next summer.
There is bound to be at least one cosplayer who fancies themselves for that role.

I almost posted that myself, but I didn't want to go that far.
People get depressed too easily. For me, it was how much the cost of the movie ticket and popcorn would reduce my funds. But I got over it.
Actual depression? not this? Quite a bad thing.

[insert Mel Gibson 'historical' film here] never happened the way he claims.
"I wasn't depressed myself. In fact the movie made me happy ," Baghdassarian said. "But I can understand why it made people depressed. The movie was so beautiful and it showed something we don't have here on Earth. I think people saw we could be living in a completely different world and that caused them to be depressed."

Make these people play Second Life or WoW and they'll be as happy as a clam. Problem solved.
Weren't the people depressed by realising this? :P
I was depressed after realising I could have spent those three hours of my life in my bed playing the Bayonetta demo with one hand.
So, yeah.
