Do you have any words that you find yourself saying far too much, you know that you must be annoying your friends and family, hell sometimes you're kind of sick of hearing them come out of your own mouth but you just can't help yourself?

personally I say 'actual' too much, as in 'Oh my ACTUAL God' - I blame Radio one DJ Scott Mills
I probably say 'Awesome' a bit too much too, or am just getting over it anyway, I blame Strong Bad

When I was in school I said 'flangey' far too much and its barely even a word - I said 'Flangey bits' instead of 'Thing-ga-me-bob' and 'ooh, Flangey' instead of... most things, maybe 'oo-er misses' mainly, not sure

How are you deranged?

"For what it's worth," "if you will," used to be "serious/ly," "actual/ly," and that's about it.

It's annoying because I get on people all the time for saying "like," like all the time and I, like, go around and, like, do just that only with, like, different words. (Thankfully none of these people are smart enough to catch me, which is all the more reason I should.)

Maybe not so much specific words, but I'm something of a quote maniac. I have the sort of mind that remembers everything, so long as it's completely useless knowledge, and it's crammed full of lines from movies, books, songs, comedy routines, etc. I have a (probably) annoying tendency to quote whatever pops into my mind that seems relevant to a given situation.
