Hi.

I'm not happy to post a message here but no support has been provided to me about the incide I had open, and I only asked for some info.

Some weeks ago GOG opened a promotion related to collect some stamps to get a game and a movie. I did it, and when it finished, it told me that I will receive a mail about it.

And I have not.

As I said right now GOG had not given me any kind of info related what is happening, and it dissapoints me a lot (I asked for some feedback several times).

Someone has some info?

And for GOG guys: the ticket number I have is 152DOJDC.

Huh? You should have got an email with the codes for the free stuff. Check your spam folder. You did collect 7 stamps right?

Yep, I collected the 7 stampts. And it give me a message that I would receive a mail. I waited the promotion to end and an extra week, more or less. Then I began to try to have feedback from GOG.

And it not only affected me, a work comrade of me have the same issue.

And no, it is not in junk mail. Any other thing I do in gog works correctly for me.

Those codes expire in a few days. I suspect that your email server ate it up as spam. But who knows for sure.

You may want to get another for your friend. The codes expire in a few days (I think the 31st) so I'd get on it right away.

I gave the code to to my friend, cause he had no it.

I was more interested in the movie, of the promotion... I already had the Witcher 2 (collector edition), so my main interest was the movie. (yes, I did the promotion only for the movie)

Anyway, thanks! I expect him to enjoy the game as much as I did.
