Nothing says lack of creativity like quick time events. "Sorry, we couldn't figure out how to do this in actual gameplay, so instead here's a cutscene you can only watch if you complete the arbitrary button presses."
Other than that, looks decent enough, I guess.

Geralt's voice, let's pray it was just a stand in...
Geralt's hair, eeew...
Quick time events, oh well...
OTS walking, it seemed to me, only sideways...again. This almost ruined The Witcher for me, i'm hoping for real walking OTS this time around...
Looks good.
Looks very good.

captfitz: killed my boner

Weirdly enough, I felt something in my pants go floppy too...
NPC voices (2:46 or so) reminds me of life in Detroit.

QTEs = consoletardization detected!!! Decline!!
I really hate the "Press X to not die!!" moments....I hope this alpha build will change ...for the better.

Next they're going to ask you for a light for their joints and they'll ask if you'd like to play basketball with them.
That was awesome. Not sure about QTEs, but otherwise awesome.Must buy no matter what.
What is up with the boss character dual wielding what appears to be zweihanders???
I am no sword expert but those swords look heavy as hell.

Fantasy - the same genre where armour value for females is directly proportional to the amount of skin shown (not reverse).
Looking quite nice for an Alpha Build (?viral promo?).
I like Witcher-1 Geralt's voice, but this is tolerable enough, I generally read subtitles anyway in games/movies.
As for QTE's... As long as it's not the "Press X not to Die" QTE's. From the video, it looks more like "Press X for something cool" which does sound good.
While it is possible that Geralt has a new voice actor for this game, it's more likely that this is a stand-in (possibly some random guy from the development team). At such an early stage the script's wording will barely resemble the finished product, and paying the proper actor to record lines that are inevitably going to be scrapped would be a waste of time and money. This video is clearly intended to attract the interest of potential publishers (and/or customers, if the "leak" was deliberate) and the flashy graphics and new gameplay elements will be far more important to such viewers than the voice acting.
well my interested is already wide awake. I had fun with the first version , the i replayed the EE and the additional quests. So when i see this my potion brewing skills and groups tyle attack starts to itch again.
It does sound strange to hear another voice glued onto our beloved geralt of rivia.
It also looks like he inherited the hair of his trainer ;)
Already bought, completed and loved. Time simply has yet to catch up with this.
And yes, I'm sure the voice and hair are subject to change.
Looking awesome, can't wait to see more. :)
