When I become Supreme Ruler I will utilize all the people who prefer dubbing over the original audio.

Not a fan of dubbing, I'm a bit more accepting of it in games though, I outright hate it on films. I prefer having the original audio with text/subs, but I really wish more games did multilingual releases that let you choose whatever you prefer. I'd understand perhaps not including multiple languages on a first release, but why not in those inevitable re-releases or maybe as a downloadable patch?

Also, creating multi langual dubs takes time. This time (and money, ofc) is better to be used to make a new game, not to dub the old one, if you asked me.

Except localizations already exist for pretty much every game. Like I said, I understand that it's not done on first releases, but I strongly question the time/costs excuse on re-releases.

OH, you mean localisations for games on GOG? It was discussed many times - LEGAL reasons.
In most cases, the localisations were made in different countries by different companies. Like, for example, Baldur's Gate PL version was made by CDProjekt.
The reason why games here are mostly English only is simple - legal problems. They would have to obtain permission from every single publisher from every country.

Oh, that's strange. These are versions with full dub?
Hm... Then I don't know why they are not present on gog.
