anjohl: You gain nothing by inserting a wiimote into the peripheral. It is a detraction, not a feature. ALL Wii peripherals require a wiimote.
SirPrimalform: I still don't understand what makes it a detraction and your only examples have been third party peripherals.
Not going to explain your Kinect - sensor bar comparison?
I can never tell whether you're an absolutely excellent troll or just so rabidly anti-Nintendo that you have to come into every topic about Nintendo hardware or games and make nonsensical arguments. Is it both?
Fact: Nintendo peripherals REQUIRE a Wiimote to function.
Fact: No other console publisher does.
Fact: This makes Nintendos products prohibitively cumbersome, inconvenient, and expensive.
How is that trolling? I am ex positing basic information. I fail to see the contention here.
Having to insert a wiimote into a peripheral because Nintendo will not share their proprietary bluetooth protocols is not a FEATURE, it's a DETRACTION. God, are you people so brainwashed?
