tejozaszaszas: Maybe they don`t agree with the price.
avatar
Navagon: What price is it available for?
10 $
avatar
tejozaszaszas: 10 $
So... they probably wouldn't have a problem with it being released for $9.99 then. :P There's got to be a reason, but I'm doubting it's that.

Broussard is too thick to realize the potential of the Apogee catalogue on GOG.

Given DNF's pre-Gearbox development, that rings true.

Broussard is too thick, period. And the rest other ex 3dretards mostly share that too, scott miller, siegler, and such.

Yes, 12 f...... years
Shadow warrior is one of a dozen or so games that I have been really hoping would show up on gog since I originally joined back in its early beta days. But I never heard a peep about it or the other games Ive been dying to see done here and looking like I never will.
it should be in gog, since they offer other games like it.

And those games are... just curious. In my case the reason for me to join GOG was... Blood. Really, the first notice I´ve had of GOG was after typewriting Blood, Plasma Pack and buy on Google.

They offer Blake Stone and Duke Nukem, two Apogee arcades.

You might be blaming GOG for 3dRealms/Apogee's stuborness.
As noted, 3DRealms and Broussard are not exactly known for their brilliant business decisions.......................

tejozaszaszas: Shadow Warrior and Terminal Velocity were (and still are) two great games. I hope to see them here on a future. Both of them run fine with DosBox, so there may not be any problem with them if Apogee accept to sell them here.
Oh! You should have not mentioned Terminal Velocity! Now I'm in pain...
It was one of my favorite games. I remember when I first so it, I was mesmerized. This one is on my 10 most wanted GoG list. Too bad so far only one of those 10 wanted is here on GoG... but still hoping. Hope keeps me visiting the site every day.

Casually, today GOG started an Apogee promo. We all know it is incomplete ;-)

Oh the other games are not apogee games and I can think of dozens of games Id like to see. Maybe one day they will be on here. I still have faith gog might get them one day. But I know they arent a major company and what they have all depends on the licenses they can get ahold of. But ones off top of my head Im hoping for are.

Shadow warrior.

Harvester.

The dark eye.

Silverload.

Zak mckraken and the alien mind benders.

Realms of the haunting.

Blade runner.

Willy beamish.

Darkseed.

Pool of radiance.

Eye of the beholder.

The original ultima games.

Wizadry games.

System shock 1 and 2.

Maniac mansion 1 and 2.

Alone in the dark 1 through 3.

7th guest.

The uninvited.
