You'd have to ask Ubisoft about that. Signing a publisher makes it possible to sell the games that the publisher agrees to sell, not all games the publisher has the rights to.

Actually, GoG staff has already said that Dark Messiah of Might and Magic won't be here. They've had a lenghty court case with Necromancers who seem to hold on to the rights for the game, "In the name of Asha" they say. Popular theories state that Necromancers found a rare conjuration ritual within the game source code.

Actually, it's not you, OR your thread. It's just that we see a lot of these threads, and people take it as an opportunity to trot out their best puns, sarcasms, and witty meme related jokes (some generated entirely here on GOG, actually).

I would say, though, that there's no Might and Magic Dark Messiah because they ran out of capital M's.
