I am eu user ,bought witcher2 and it seems I have 16 usdollars to spend on gog.com,got 2 codes in my mail but where to type them to buy stuff?

also,why cannot access to the free troll quest dlc?in the launcher it says there are jsut polish language files...

- You can use 5.99 and 9.99 codes during checkout, to 'buy' the game of your choice.

- Troll Trouble is included with the newest patch, accesible under My Account->The Witcher 2->additional content

it doesn't work,the mail codes are not links!

also when I go to check out it wants my card data again,also I wanna register my game on the witcher2 site but caan't login,the button is greyed out,why???
