stonebro: Honestly the only thing Apple produces that's good from a technical standpoint are Macs. They're very good computers.

Yeah, I mentioned this in the other thread. My mother bought a Mac Tower a couple months ago, and it is pretty dang nice. I am almost tempted to buy one and just install windows 7 on it. If not for the hefty price tag, I would probably do it.
Like I've said I only know Apple products second hand, and I still won't be getting them untill they promote modibility, gaming capabilities (Macs), and a decent price.
I build my own computers from scratch (well Newegg), so I like customization, A lot.
My heavily modded Vista desktop as proof.
But in no way am I a Microsoft fanboy, if there was a better option I'd go for it. (within reason of course)

Krypsyn: His experience has not been mine. I got a 20gb classic model iPod as a gift around when that storage size first came out (7 years ago, give or take?), and the only problem I have had with it was having to replace the battery a year or two ago. Given how much I used it, I don't think that was a bad lifespan for a battery.
Had my experience been even half as bad as his, I think I would feel about the same way he does about the subject, however.

Once i finally got a working one it was pretty sweet. Even though the screens broken it still works fine and its been through alot of wear and tear. Ive played rugby with it in my pocket and it hasn't stopped working.

Thanks :)
It's not usually at 77% Ram use, but I was running TF2 in the background. (usually around 50% of 4GB)
