**raises hand**
F.E.A.R. 1, 2, and 3 would fit in great here :)
And to be honest, it's one of the best shooter series out there, but then I prefer otherwordly, freaky, and in some ways terrifying shooters over your conventional military shooter. While different games, the STALKER games are mildly scary and I'd probably park the F.E.A.R.'s next to those on my shelf.
I have the directors cut discs for the first F.E.A.R., but I'm not sure if they'll work on my Windows 8 machine. The second and third titles I own on PS3. I had a lot of fun with the third games co-op as I played it with my significant other (she plays more horror games and shooters than I do, so she felt right at home!).
AnimalMother117: Man, you like good games.
Elmofongo: Again I made this list in preproration of important/classic/liked PC games that deserves to be here.
I would add classic MMORPGs like Ultima Online and Everquest 1 as the original were graphically and gameplay wise,
To think I played UO and EQ when they were relatively new, before any real expansions came out...wow that was a long time ago @_@
When I think of UO, all I can think of is the times I was robbed by simply mining ore right on the outskirts of the city, or being PK'd in the woods right when I thought I was getting good gear, or my foolish investment of a house in a swamp where alligators attacked at my doorstep.
When I think of Everquest, all I can think of is the horrid trains of Blackburrow or seeing every magic user run around in the Robe of the Oracle.... ah, the memories :)
