It's weird, but I seem to have gotten different offers on my phone and my laptop...
It seems to be tied to the browser because I got different deals on Chrome, Firefox, IE, and on my phone.
(Found a game I wanted on IE, sadly. Bought it anyway. Now hopefully I Won't Starve.)

Theoretically you can just delete the cookies from your browser and get new offers over and over again, until you chose one. Got the one game I wanted this way and now I am happy :)
