I purchased and downloaded the WItcher game but it's not in the directory I choose.
I used the GOG downloader to download it.
Also, I used my desktop computer to download the game but I don't have the specs to run the game with my desktop but I do with my laptop.
The only way I can see to install the game is with the GOG DOWNLOADER which is only on my desktop.
My laptop does not have internet connection.
I spent a long time downloading this game and the only way that I can see to install the game on my laptop is to manually download each file separately.
Anyone have any help with this matter????

If you've used the GOG Downloader to download it you can click the Options button on the downloader to see the selected base directory in the lower part. Now navigate to this folder using Explorer (or whatever you prefer) and look for a subdirectory named "the_witcher_enhanced_edition" (or something like that).

Or, you could simply search your harddrive(s) for the file "setup_the_witcher_enhanced_edition.exe", but that'll probably take longer.
If you can't find the game's installer files, click on "Options" in the GOG.com Downloader. It should show you the correct path under "Downloads directory." If you can't find the files that way, do a search for a file called "setup_the_witcher_enhanced_edition.exe" on your computer. This should help you find the directory containing the installer files.

The GOG downloader really is a downloader only, it is not an installer. You have to use the setup executable to install the game. If you want to transfer the installer files from your desktop computer to your laptop, you have to copy all of the following files to your laptop:

setup_the_witcher_enhanced_edition-1.bin
setup_the_witcher_enhanced_edition-2.bin
setup_the_witcher_enhanced_edition-3.bin
setup_the_witcher_enhanced_edition-4.bin
setup_the_witcher_enhanced_edition-5.bin
setup_the_witcher_enhanced_edition.exe

Once you've done that, run "setup_the_witcher_enhanced_edition.exe" to install the game.

Edit: Sorry, I thought you had asked about The Witcher 2. Fixed my post.

When I saw the title of the thread at first I thought this was another "Where is XX game on GOG.COM?"
My games auto download to C:\Users\"your windows account name"\Documents\GOG.com Downloads\

Maybe check there.
Did you check:
My Documents/GOG.com Downloads
?
Thanks everyone for your replies!!!!
It's in the folder you mentioned but I setup in options to go into a different folder
but for some reason it didn't.

I find it odd that you've no way to hook your laptop to the internet. I.E. Changing your ethernet cable from PC to laptop. More understandable if the issue is you've only wireless, but usually a router would still have cable ports.

So long as your PC has a disk writer, you can burn the games onto a CD and transfer over to the laptop. Or, you can use a flash drive to copy and transfer them, but if it's a small one you'd need to be mindful of where all the files are supposed to go. Failing all of those, just go somewhere that has internet cables like a library/university and borrow it for about an hour.
Start->Search->whicher.

Now I wish I were Hindu. They get New Game Plus. (Or Minus, if they were very bad).
