1. AVP 1 and 2, seriously!
2. Any Raven or ID game released after 1996
3. Deus Ex
4. Random Horror games
1=most important 4= least important
You've been here long enough to earn 23 rep and you can't answer that for yourself?

Under his name it does say "Random Troll".
Just sayin'.
How dare you not include the two best games Raven put out? You heretic (see what I did there?)!
Seriously...giant arrow pointing to the wishlist.
1. Major licensing headache. Will never happen.
2. No deal with either has been signed as far as we know.
3. No deal with Square Enix...

Nah, that would require people to read. And pay money to do so, no less. That would never work.
I was thinking more of an animated flash guide that was made available (in an all too blatant fashion) when people signed up. Maybe a PDF version too, for the internets crippled.

Damn youth of today *shakes fist*
How bout nagging Egoraptor to make a flash guide! His voice can make sure the message gets across.

What makes you think the slowpokes will use their precious time to download a huge PDF, open it up, then read the file?
Better to have a free game (blatantly advertised upon signup) explaining the intricacies of the GOG website and community, using a mass of shiny colours and animations - so that the novices won't have to read too much, but still slowly introducing them to the art of non-trolling.

A bit like Portal, maybe. but you're trying to navigate a 3D version of the site. Hmm... The idea has merit.
Although, would it be a valid addition to GOG given that it would be brand new? :D

Hmm... How about taking that concept, and instead of it being an introduction to the website, it could actually function AS THE WEBSITE!
Epic win.
In regards to point four, one word, Obscure.
I'd love it if GOG sold AVP 1 and 2. The second one was easy to get running, but there are a lot of graphic and sound conflicts with the first one, especially on Vista. Would love to be able to get that running.

A fully 3D website would be possible. But I doubt you'll get any e-commerce websites to convert.
I think the problem is that it is just one word. More horror please, GOG.
