Seems you all need a clue, so here goes:
The game was originally released on the Xbox in Europe during May 2003 and over a year later in North America. A windows port was released in PAL territories in October 2003, but never made it to NA.

No its not Battle Engine Aquila i'm afraid, although I can see the similarities. Okay here is an extra screenshot and another clue:

Yep, that's correct. I've not actually played the full game only the demo which wasn't bad. I seem to remember the developers making a pretty big noise about it before it was released and it got reasonable reviews.
I think its biggest problem was that by the time it made it to the US on the Xbox, the excellent Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge had been out for a year or so. I reckon this probably detracted from its impact even though it was originally developed first.
