Mentalepsy: and [url=http://www.gog.com/forum/general/you_know_how_you_should_never_tempt_fate/post109]here. That thread set the stage for everything he's ever posted.
He seems to possess a decent degree of intelligence and knowledge while severely lacking wisdom, empathy and... well... "kindness".

It's a particularly curious read for me personally, since I do not get this sort of reaction from you guys and, as you know, I often go against the tide myself.

Okay, prove quantum physics then. P over that objects are everywhere else ntil they are observed.

You can't, no more than anybody can you prove silly fictions like dark matter, strong theory, or Higgs-bosun. It's all jockeying for a discovery, and no one gets held accountable when proven full of shit, as anyone extolling the virtues of the three aforementioned theories will be shown to be.
Opening a new thread on a controversary topic with an eye-catching emphasis, spitting obnoxious facts in the OP then leaving the place open, never showing any sign of their presence in it anymore while enjoying their soon-to-be-locked mischief!

Quantum electrodynamics is only the most accurate and most stringently tested scientific theory in history. Among many other things, it correctly predicts the observed anomalous magnetic moment of the electron to more than ten significant digits - a precision better than one part in a billion. Don't let facts get in the way of your "informed opinions" though.

Theory you say? Point proven.

Don't let facts get in the way of your dogma.

May I ask your definition of "Proof"?
I am asking for your particular definition of the word.
In this context? A proven system holds up to all scrutiny, is observable, and does not contradict any other commonly accepted system.
There shouldn't even be internet access under a bridge. Oh right, wireless..

Antimateria: There shouldn't even be internet access under a bridge. Oh right, wireless..
There shouldn't be internet on Middle Earth.

I think I understood like four words in this whole post ...

So trolls are everywhere? Cripes, now I'm scared, thanks a lot you fine looking koala. =)

And which of these 3 does Quantum Mechanics theory fail? Any experiment you do will give the result predicted by Quantum Mechanics, you can observe Quantum Mechanics at work (though you do need proper instruments), and it's not contradicted by any commonly accepted systems, instead it builds on those and enhances them. Does that mean that QM is proven?

Snickersnack: True internet trolls feed off their target's distress and rage. It's a form of sadism. I fell for them for an embarrassing number of years because I couldn't accept that such people actually exist. Fortunately they're not very many of them.
... you make them sound like some kind of terrifying demon, instead of--which I suspect to be closer to the truth--bored teenagers looking for a laugh.

edit: Is anjohl doing a demonstration? You see the exact same "You called it a theory, therefore I win!" bullshit from creationists.

I would never do that. A skillful troll is far worse than any demon. ;) Such a beast can hasten the death of an online community. IMHO, they're a bigger problem than spam and lazy newbies (who can seriously lower the signal to noise ratio).

Don't let age fool you. Bored teenagers have been known to torture small animals for fun. Adults too for that matter.

Only your opinion matters. If you think someone is trolling you the usefulness of continuing the discussion is zero. It's a Godwin-like moment. Whether they are actually a troll or not is irrelevant.
