Correct.

I was expecting something interesting like Dexter, and indeed it is edgy for network television (I think it's network television), but it still felt too much like other police procedurals and, dare I say, a bit stupid... in that police procedural kind of way, that is.

Correct and correct but the show went uphill in my opinion with Season 3 after they realized appealing to a wider audience doesn't work. :) Your turn. :)
