c'mon peeps, the show is loosely based on source material that spun a couple of videogames, one of which is available on GoG here

Kindred: The Embraced! Totally forgot about this 90s one-off show. Seems prescient in its time with all the vampire-themed shows and movies these days.

I really liked Bloodlines so I thought about maybe watching this, but I hear they changed a lot about the mythos. Is it worth it?

No, it was pretty awful. It was more like Melrose Place with a few VtM references thrown in. It's quite clear that the writers/producers were very gunshy about incorporating too much Masquerade source material in a mainstream network TV show. It retains very litle of the goth/punk flair of the original RPG or that VtM: Bloodlines did so well. The ensemble cast of wooden B/C-list actors also underwhelms.
correcto!

Is it Remington Steele? I've only seen one episode but I think I recognize the office, I could be wrong though...

It is. Your turn. :-)

Also, here's a couple of extra pictures. I noticed a bit late that the first picture had the name visible on the door.

I need to stop answering these things, I'm out of shows I like. I'm gonna have to go with one I watched only the first episode of and probably will not continue.
