Mika: This just in, this thread is mad.

Yeah, all those *ding* *dong* gave me a headach... :p
Or we could do it that way. Only musicians could be able to guess what tune is it (I couldn't if I didn't know it), and it would be too much restrictive, but, well, just for curiosity.

I entered a bit iof it nto guitar pro (which btw sucks when it comes to entering music by inserting notes in a score... (first time I use it for this purpose though.. I struggled a lot having to notes played simultanously but with different length in one track..)), anyhow I have no idea, seems like I never played that one..
I would upload the midi I made for others to use, but that would defeat the purpose of the game (?), and it is not possible...
Edit: But if I should guess, from the style of music I would say it is the VillageTheme from a medieval -style RPG, possibly SNES-era. Swing and a miss?
And Frostcircus wins the ding-donging, hands down..

frostcircus: oh it's ON
ding ding dong, a-ding ding dong ah ding ding diddle dong
diddling ding ding ding ding da-ding, ding ding ding diddle and so forth anyway you see my main concern is that a system consisting exclusively of dings and dongs is insufficient for truly accurate reproductions of oh god I hope you disagree because this could become the absolute greatest argument in the history of the internet

You... you.... you used something other than the official Ding and Dong?
HERETIC!!!
Sure it makes it a hell of a lot easier but damnit I was blazing a trail, sure it wasn't a well thought out one, it meandered all over the place and I wasn't sure where I was going but damnit I tried before anyone else did! You probably bitch about the graphics in Pong...
Definitely better than mine though

Just for the record, you guys could just attach the mp3s to the jpgs... >__>
(You might want to designate only one format (I suggest RAR or ZIP to avoid confusion) to attach though so people don't have to try to open in a variety of programs... XD ) As a bonus, you're limited to 500kb including the image, so you can only fit so much of the song in... ;)
(Attachment contains rar. (If you've never had these mp3s accidentally used by winamp while setting it to play everything on your hard drive on random, you're missing out... ;) ))
Edit: Just downloaded my attached image to test it, and it opened fine in WinRar. =)

Ok the 1st file i can open with 7zip and i don't even need to rename it. Just right clicked and moved down to 7zip then across to extract here. This one i can't open.
Simply renaming the extension of the file to jpg and then uploading it is even easier. Just rememver to let everyone know what format to rename it back to.
Sorry to jump the gun but i'm gonna start this. You need to rename the file extension to 'mid' and play through window media player.
Right click to save (save link as) nothing will happen if you left click.
Name that tune.

thornton_s: Name that tune.

It feels like I've heard it before, but I cannot place it.
