I used to wake up at 6 am to watch Mike, Lu and Ogg, dunno why they weren't that great. Also, Time Squad was pretty cool.
Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy
Samurai Jack
Courage the cowardly dog
Ed, Edd, and Eddy
Dexter's Lab. well up to 1998/1999 after that the show was crap
Squidbillies
Aqua Teen Hunger Force / Aqua Unit Patrol Squad One / Aqua Something You Know Whatever...
Superjail
Sealab 2021
The Venture Bros.

There's more I just can't think of them. I used to like Dexter's Laborator and Pinky and the Brain. Grim & Evil was pretty good but then they split the show.
Adult Swim:
ATHF
Sealab 2021

Regular Cartoon Network:
Dexter's Laboratory
Powerpuff Girls
Samurai Jack
Justice League
Teen Titans

I haven't watched Cartoon Network in a long time, no idea what the regular shows are now.

Licurg: Grim & Evil. I love that one scene, where Billy picks his nose so deep he pulls out his brain. Then he looks to the left, he looks to the right, and then he swallows it :P
This is the funniest thing from Billy and Mandy:

Ah Justice League, the Avengers of the time :)

Why is it that DC is better at making TV series and not movies except fo Batman and Superman?

The Big O was pretty good, as is Megas XLR. Hard to pick which is the better mecha cartoon. :)
The original Ben 10 series
Foster's Home for imaginary friends
Adventure Time
All the better ones were already posted.

Not sure if it counts (generally speaking), but Space Ghost Coast to Coast was great to watch. Was it the AKA crowd? I don't remember much about that era, but boy was it awesome to be a kid.

Also: Johnny modafukin Bravo and The real adventures of Jonny Quest. And 2 stupid dogs. And Super secret Secret Squirrel. Damn, now the memories just keep on flooding in. What a cartoon pilots were sometimes good too.

Titanium: Also: Johnny modafukin Bravo
Best educational cartoon about how to pick up girls ever.

Oops... forgot about Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law.

Whooo is the man in the suuuuit? Whooo is the cat with the beeeak? :D Oh god, that show was so funny! The secret squirrel as a flasher, the flintstones as a mafia family, the Jetsons nearly dying when they couldn't make it to Harveys desk because there wasn't a conveyor belt. Those were good times.
