For the past 40 minutes I've been playing a game called "No time to explain"...

Attention : Spoilers may follow this sentence...


I've been collecting hats, batteling giant crabs and flying reptiles.... avoiding spikes, torching crates.. and I still don't understand a thing..

Am I the only one to find that the game is poorly made ?? Bad controls, pratically no graphics whatsoever... I mean for god's sake.. one of the hats is a picture of a fox's head I could've taken ...

Do any of you guys find the game amusing ? Did any single one of you beat the game ???
Coz I'm stuck vs a kind of a mole that shoot lazers... I've been trying for 5 minutes to avoid the lazers.. but the controls are so unprecise and the noise so annoying I just abandoned...

Someone posted a trailer a while back that looked just insane enough to be awesome, but I guess I wouldn't be surprised if the game was actually terrible.

The only thing I found intertaining was the guy being eaten alive and complaining about it at the beginning of some levels..

As far as I recall, it's been out for quite a while. I remember seeing the trailer too, and while I appreciated the humor, the gameplay itself looked incredibly frustrating and "twitchy". Most likely not my kind of game, so I left it alone.

Is it really as random as Gangnam Style?

Well you just stepped in another big turd, in a line of big overhyped indie turds that come out these days. 90% of these so called indie masterpieces or nothing special at all and worst of all most of them have terrible controls. It is time to call these turds what they really are instead of giving them a free pass just because they are indies... just my opinion but it's happened a bit too often the last two year that i spend money on something everybody drooled over just to discover it was a terrible waste of my time and money.

I like it. My only complaints are that the menu is far more awkward than it needs to be (most of the time you just want to peek at your hats - the sequence of clicks to get out of there is unnecessary) and the unfortunate tendency for the input buffer to get bigger and bigger until you have to let go the controls for 15 seconds while it plays itself is terrible, especially when fighting that mole thing. Otherwise the controls are fun - but seriously, always flush your input and other events completely each frame! I've seen this problem to a lesser extent in the Basement collection too - is it a Flash thing?
