Novotnus: Excuse ME! I'm the mighty Giant Zombie Cat. And as the Community Manager you should play The Cat Lady (avalible on GOG.com :)).
Judas did :)
If you expect her to do everything Judas did... well, just let me know so I can stay away for a while.

Ciris: Hi there, Gollum! Back from your favorite swim spot a.k.a. Mount Doom already?

He did it just to make you shut up! :)

That reminds me I have The Cat Lady from Groupees when it was just an unknown DRM-free title (no Steam and no Desura key I think, they were added later) and I still haven't play it. That's about 2 years old. Damn you backlog!

You don't like Enigmatic Hints? :)

Motivations are so abstract... but I was happy with the end result :)

...They make me hide under my bed. They're evil. Plus, they never hint at Deus Ex.
He probably tried to get refunded for the thread and it worked, to his surprise. They're calling it a glitch now. I think I'll ask for some post refunds myself, because of the forum DRM as exemplified by the forum EULA. (Ex: '“bumping” existing topics ... won't be tolerated' - really, how can one expect to run a giveaway like this??!)

I believe they don't fully refund you, they just give you "store time credit" that you can spend on GOG games only. Just keep in mind that you are legally required to forget about any fun you had while reading the thread.

I'm perfectly fine with forgetting about fun (as if!), but I can't believe the nerve GOG has forcing me to spend the time on GOG games. When I got a refund on the Origin forum I could use it on Steam! There's no doubt in my mind that EA >> CD Projekt.

Indeed. How many years it been since this was in progress, and still no updates on it? How hard can it be? We're just asking for them to sell stuff, do they hate money?

Aaarg, every time I discuss CD projekt's policies I get so frustrated it gives me a headache.

P1na: [...]

You probably missed the part where he was asking for a refund on grounds of the EULA, to test if the refunds were trustworthy and confirm his willingness to buy more games in GOG. Presumably, to get those refunded too, as the EULA is the same. I must have missed something, because I found it hilarious.
This was priceless indeed!

Pair up with a soprano and you'll slow enemies down by melting knees and she'll shatter glass for effective AoE damage!

...it's times like these when I wonder why I'm even allowed outside.
