Pretty much every new release game that might otherwise look interesting to me. Latest being nuThief (although overall the game doesn't look very good - but I might have purchased it if it was DRM-free).

I've more or less resigned to the fact that I'm not playing new games anymore - that much I dislike DRM.

Possible exceptions include any new Fallout-series releases (FO3 & FONV were two previous exceptions of mine).

Mass Effect 3 - I have a lot of patience and wouldn't dream of illegally downloading a copy.

Well, let me put it this way: If you bought the game on Steam at launch, it came with Steamworks, SecuROM, GFWL and Rockstar Social Club. Granted, the retail version didn't use Steamworks AFAIK, but that's still a whole lot of DRM to deal with. And a whole lot of potential points of failure.

So many...

I would need a whole day to enumerate every game ;)

But in the same time, I haven't bought so much games per year as now! Many classics, some A-BBB games and niche games. And I don't have enough time to play all of them, while I am already looking for many future releases...

So skipping lots of DRM'd games? I am definitely fine with that choice. More than ever.

And what is funny in that case is the fact that that many of DRM'd games I could be interested in have less quality overall than DRM-free ones, in my opinion. And I am not locked into a psychotic state, convincing me that DRM-free are better. It's actually facts: another consequence of what has the industry become now.

I am angry and a grumpy person sometimes, because I think that it's too many time, too many money and too many talented people wasted to produce DRM'd products because of wrong business models or because of unrealistic goals what make them releasing unfinished products needing daily auto-updates. So much waste. That's the only thing in video games what makes unhappy these days.

Diablo 3 and SimCity come to mind.

Easy answer: almost any game that comes with DRM, especially if EA owns it.
Truth is that I made exceptions only for Half-Life, Portal, Risen, Metro and a very few others. I hope that, given enough time, many of those I missed will appear here.

Oh forgot the new Assassins Creed game. I got a free coupon with my recent video card purchase, went to download it and Uplay or Origin was required. No Thanks, not even free.

If it has DRM, then I just wait till I pay peanuts for it. Doesn't matter how long to wait, I like my money lots more than games.

edit: but yeah, I avoid any games with always online or malicious DRM, like Tages or Securom.

All games that require any form of online activation or connectivity. Also if I actually attempted to list all the games I've said no to because of DRM i'd make myself depressed.

That depends on the games themselves, because some games require zero internet connectivity to be fully playable under Windows Live, such as Gears of War, Arkham City, Street Fighter 4, while others require authentication.. these ones will probably become coasters. Though i'm pretty sure people will crack any requirements for the more popular games once the service goes down.
A friend of mine bought GTA4 and never actually got it to work through legitimate means.

None.. Because I'm used to the latest SONY handheld consoles and their tight account tied content (PSN), I guess.

Frankly, the only few games where DRM bother, bothered me as abusive are, were the few with limited installation numbers.

Captain Morgane from GamersGate is the only one game I can name having such, a DRM called "Starforce", actually.. Rebought it from some Bundle Stars offer just for the Steam key because of it, that's all I can say.

To be honest, I can't find any benefit in keeping installers beside saving download time for the huge ones (more than1 GB), and the worst being the CHORE and HASSLE of searching for the latest software update..

Always online with a stable connection, what problem is it a client running in the background to manage the game(s)..? Thus to continue being honest, the DRM-Free craze going on in this community is kind of sad and I got two words for the victims : control freaks.

I personally hate everyform of DRM and I have sworn not to buy any. But I'm a weak sinner....

I bought Assassin's Creed here on gog. Enjoyed the story well enough I considered buying ACII. Decided not due to the drm. Hopefully gog gets it.
I have boxed game of Silent Hunter III from years ago. Refuse to install it due to the drm.
