Grand Theft Auto
Grand Theft Auto 2
Grand Theft Auto 3
Grand Theft Auto Vice City
Grand Theft Auto San Andreas
Manhunt
Max Payne
Max Payne 2
Bully
Sell them all for 10 dollars each, and bundle 1 and 2 together and it would sell a TON

The whole must be connected to UPlay to play Assassin’s Creed 2+ has kept me away from that series as well. >_>
Anything with GFWL... with the exclusion of Lost Planet: Extreme Condition - Colonies Edition. That game was the first and last game I bought with GFWL. (Never registered with GFWL so I didn't really get much out of that game... Shouldn't have had to install GFWL just so that I could save offline during single player.) >_<
I'd love to see a DRM free version of Lost Planet: Extreme Condition - Colonies Edition on GOG though, from what I briefly played of it the game looked fun. ^_^
(If I remember correctly the original release of Lost Planet itself doesn't require GFWL, only the Colonies Edition.)
When it first came out I avoided Risen because of it using DRM. Glad to see it in the GOG catalog. -_^
Anything with limited numbers of installs automatically causes me to lose interest. -_-
Nothing else comes immediately to mind but as a rule if the game requires me to create an account with one or more sites just to play it (Especially if it is single player) I avoid it. Also if the game installs some kind of strange 3rd part program as part of its DRM that runs even if the game itself is not running I will never buy it... >_<
Sorry for the rant. XD

Most specifically I would say the Total War games after Empire TW was released as Steam only. I have all the previous games and because of that I could not complete collecting them. It was disappointing to have to abandon this franchise.
I only got Steam because of Skyrim, not knowing the physical disc version required Steam. So now I only have a few games on Steam, and only limited to FPS or third person isometric shooter or melee type games that can use a gamepad. So, any of the strategy or space/flight simulation type games, and most RPGs I won’t ever buy because of the lingering disappointment of the TW franchise...

The Borderlands games were designed for co-op multiplayer, but you can access all the DLC content in offline mode. I got the GOTY version of the first game and did not ever play the co-op part of the game, mostly due to people editing weapon stats. If you have and like the base game, do yourself a favor and get the DLC in a Steam sale.

I did pass on BlazBlue recently when it turned up on Steam. Looking like a good move on my part today.

Just thought of some other ones: Singularity (Mostly being uncertain what kind it uses.)
F.E.A.R.
Rage (Among other problems)
Dishonored
Sniper Elite V2
Okay, I think I've covered them all now.
Unreal Tournament III (Mostly because no one seems to know what kind it uses)

There's a lot of them. Of course, mostly because of steam, origin and uplay.
What I regret at most are sequels to series I used to love, but now I can't enjoy anymore. I mean here:
TES V Skyrim
Mass Effect 3
I was awaiting those games badly, but just couldn't swallow how they slapped their fans in the face with invasive DRM.
In Diablo 3, they at least won against piracy (at the cost of heavily crippling their game).
But steam crap in Skyrim isn't justified in anyway.

I skipped ARMA3 entirely because of this.
A long time I didn't look at Skyrim for the same reason, then I gave in and created a Steam account. Now I am back here :P
p.s. that doesn't mean I am against Steam or the company Valve behind it. The opposite, they made Half-Life, the base for the Counterstrike mod, which brought lots of joy and pain to my life. The engine became open source for development of many other versions of the game AND they actively try to port more games to other software platforms like Linux. It really comes down to these restrictions and every single second you play a game is recorded in their statistics etc.
