I know Fallout 1, 2 and Tactics have just been removed from GOG catalog. What other games have been removed from GOG in the past? Does anyone know?

P.S. Any other game that is planned to be removed??

I hear Jack Keane 2 removal is currently in process seeing how many GoG customers were sent to the morgue because of it.Alas the mind can only take so much.

I wonder why some of the removed ones never came back especially Cryostatis and the Space Ranger 1 +2 ?

Usually removals come about as the result of the distribution contracts expiring and not being renewed (like the Fallouts) , or because it turns out there's some dispute as to ownership of the IP rights to them. If they don't come back, then they probably couldn't renegotiate a new contract with the new owners (or the "owners" still battling over who the actual owner is).

No, as far as I know the Fallout games were the only ones. Others were on sale before removal, though, such as Wallace and Gromit's Grand Adventures.

GOG should really post a warning whenever a game is about to get removed.
