Hmmm. Hard question. It would have been easier to pick the games with the WORST voice acting ever!

Anyway the first game that sprang to my mind was Metal Gear Solid. The voice actors were really good and the voices just seemed to "fit" the characters in the game. Although there were some cheesy lines - e.g. the "living legend as yourself"
I love the voice acting in the Sam And Max games. Both the german and the english voice actors are great. The german dub features Bart Simpsons voice actress as Max. Fits perfectly and comes quite close.

But the WORST dubbing ever has to be the german dub of Freelancer with its seemingly computer-generated speech.

I know, I know, it's just a game to you guys, but for us it's serious business. ;)
Stephen Fry in the Little Big Planet games?
Easy. Red Dead Redemption. No questions.

All honesty though... that or Batman: Arkham City, (I say city because the Mad Hatter was amazing in his very very very small role)
I'm surprised no one's shouted out to the Tex Murphy series. Chris Jones for certain, then we have Michael York in Overseer.
I'll vote for "The Last of Us". Joel, Tess and Ellie trio is just fantastic
