If you could join any fictional military, what would it be? It could be from a book, game, movie, tv series, etc. I would choose the Mobile Infantry from the novel Starship Troopers.

I realize my avatar might add a touch of irony, but Starfleet would be my choice.

EDIT: Mind you, as has been repeatedly stated technically they're not military! :-)

I would either join the Orbital Drop Shock Troopers from Halo or the COG army from Gears of War.
