Well, it depends - are there many PS3 games you're interested in? Also, take a look at how much those cost as well, so you don't go over budget.

So, a recent patch to add the feature. I am glad, I do not regret purchasing my standalone Bluray player a few months ago.

On serious note you need to determine what kind of electronic you use most. I found my tablet to be pretty useful since I travel a lot. But as time goes by I realize the limitations of tablet start to show it ugly face. Even though I can fix that by buying a portable keyboard and a controller.
Of course a short time later my tablet's USB OTG went bust :/

If you want to you can always carry a super portable palm sized bluetooth keyboard so you can alter your documents in your tablet easily. A good 7 or 8 inch tablet and a small keyboard in your bag will make you pretty flexible.
