While I won't actually be batting an eye due to a purchase to be made in 3 days, I'm expecting Microsoft to reveal something even worse, Sony to dominate, and Nintendo to quietly whimper in a corner while Reggie takes a paycut.
More indie games from EA, Activision and Ubisoft.
I hope Microsoft will fail E3 as well and will be crushed to pieces by Sony. I find disgustingly wrong the strategy comprising a console that doesn't do hardcore games before anything (Xbox One) and a desktop operating system with a dumb phone interface and a censored "app store" (Windows 8).

Seriously, I hope all the worst for Microsoft, because apparently Microsoft now hates everything I like about computers, games and technology. So, if the company fails hard, I'm more than happy about that.
Would like to see what PS4 has to offer, I've kinda given up on xbox after the "reveal".

You will hate Microsoft even more if this rumor is true:

I expect to see what will come out in the next year. But I also could just wait and lean back and see what comes out.

Licurg: A lot of boring, overrated crap.
Couldn't have put it better myself.
The one thing I am super hyped about is the new Super Smash Bros. It's a killer app to me, so I'm really excited to find out a bit about it.

I'm also looking forward to the Final Fantasy announcements, if any. I'm also hoping they will clarify whether Ground Zeroes and Phantom Pain are separate games or not.
The new Super Smash Bros! Could be my sole reason to get a Wii U! :P

Also to see if this Xbox One exclusives are nothing more than Kinect Sports and co.

Watch Dogs, Ubisoft is the only AAA company I still have love for...

Knack! The only PS4 exclusive to actually interest me so far.

Arkham Origins, cause I'm Batman!

Deep Down seems interesting only as I'm a monster hunter fan...

Pretty much anything Capcom show...

Forgot about Destiny, actually looks sort of interesting now...
I expect to hear that GOG and Microsoft have partnered up. Microsoft need to gain cash somewhere before they sink under their own stupidity, and where better then with those who will pay for their nostalgia.

Though there will be a sting.
Only those who own a Windows 8 computer, Hotmail account, Windows Phone and an Xbox360 soon to then require an Xbone will be able to buy Microsoft published games on GOG.
Still no DRM, just a simple registration check before purchase.

Sweet dreams ;-)
I expect to see ... X-Box-Two !

edit : or X-Box-Second-One , sounds better.

I believe their branding department has wizened up a little: it's X-Box-Another-One :P

canyonaz: I'm answering what I'd hope to see, not what I expect to see

That some company has rescued Star Wars 1313. Still so sad about that one.
EA has the exclusive rights to make console games for the Star Wars franchise. Unless they want to revive Star Wars 1313 (which i doubt), it will never happen.

Austrobogulator: Mirror's Edge 2 :P
It could happen, Mirror's Edge 2 has appeared in quite a few online stores for short periods of time for the past weeks.

It's probably true.

But Sony actually did something similar a few years ago when they asked Ubisoft to "hide" the Xbox 360 version for Assassin's Creed.

For this E3 i expect Nintendo to show it's exclusives such as the new 3D Mario title, Mario Kart, the new Yoshi game, Sonic Lost Worlds, Super Smash Bros, Bayonetta 2, The Wonderful 101, A Link to the Past 2 and the new Mario and Luigi game.

I expect Sony to dominate the E3 with it's exclusive games and strong indie and third-party support.

I expect Microsoft to show more about TV TV TV TV TV TV TV TV TV TV TV, NFL NFL NFL NFL NFL NFL, COD COD COD and of course, the new dog model.

And when you think Microsoft can't surprise us anymore:

"With Xbox One you can game offline for up to 24 hours on your primary console, or one hour if you are logged on to a separate console accessing your library," Microsoft explained on its official site. "Offline gaming is not possible after these prescribed times until you re-establish a connection, but you can still watch live TV and enjoy Blu-ray and DVD movies."

I wonder how reliable Microsoft's servers will be. And they'll have to make it extremely reliable. If a major clusterfuck like the PSN hack happens on the Xbox One shit will get really crazy, since no one will be able to play any games at all. Live has gone down a few times on the Xbox 360. This can't happen on the Xbox One.

"Unfortunately, Microsoft admitted that loaning and renting games won't be available at launch, but it's "exploring the possibilities with our partners."

Haha, nice one Microsoft. Thanks for the laugh.

I would buy that one.
