We all have purchased some games that just turned out to not be all that good in our days. Some might have looked good, some might just have been so cheap that you felt that you could take a chance on them, and some came with other games. So what are the worst games that you legally own?
Limbo of the Lost: I was well aware of what I was getting into when I purchased this game. I just bought it because I wanted to own it.
For those of you who don't know, Limbo of the Lost is a game filled with stolen material. And not from obscure games, oh no, they decided to steal things from Oblivion, Diablo 2, Thief 3, Unreal Tournament 2003 and many other games.
Stalin vs Martians I don't remember how much I payed for this, but it was not a lot. The fact that this game had got some of the worst review scores that I had ever seen made me curious. It deserved those review scores.
Global Domination This was a game that I bought because the box made it sound like it was some form of grand strategy game, where you had a lot of choices in how to conquer the world. In reality this is an arcadey game where you left click to send missiles towards the enemy, and right click on the missiles sent by the enemy to send counter missiles. All this on a spinning 3d globe, which made it impossible to defend regions that were on the other side of the world.
Eternity's Child A 2d platformer that I bought on a sale a while back. This game looked interesting, as it had an interesting art style, and the story sounded interesting enough. Sadly the gameplay was plagued with floaty controls, enemies that could take too much damage (and that respawned if their starting spot was outside the screen, which would often happen because you had to move backwards when shooting the enemies, to avoid taking damage), poor hit detection (this was also true for the platforms, sometimes the game would not properly register that you landed on one, and sometimes you would land on a platform that it looked like you missed), and generally poor level design.
Revelations 2012 This one came in the latest Be Mine bundle, and it was atrocious. Not quite as bad as say Stalin vs. Martians, but still really bad. The AI was odd, the level design was poorly thought out, the weapons had no feel to them, and the art style was inconsistent at best, and flat out bad most of the time.
