cyxceven: Added my votes.

Steam version was censored, in case anyone wanted to know.

And the original SiN wasn't bundled with the Steam version of Emergence either in Germany. In other words, SiN was never available to buy in Germany from Steam.

I still have my CD copy here though, which I picked up a decade ago for 2 euros from a store in France (the game is in English).
I own SIN pretty much since it release and i always really liked it. Every few years i tend to replay it too and i think it still holds up pretty well. I rebuy it here if it came with the expansion because i never played that.

Neobr10: EDIT: What the fuck is wrong with this forum? I made this post now and the forum says that i posted 1 hour ago, even before the post above me, lol.

SirPrimalform: Did Poland just change out of summer time? That might cause something like that.
Yeah... last week.

I still have it from a cover disc of Polish gaming magazine CD-Action. The really funny part is that I recently discovered that my collection of the CD-Action's cover discs includes LOTS of GOGs which are not available on GOG (nor anywhere else). I'm still baffled how Hitman Contracts can't be made available anywhere digitally but was featured twice (!) on the magazine's DVDs.

I meant "just" as in literally between Neobr10's post and the previous one, in which the answer is no. ;)

Fuzzyfireball: Ritual is dead and the game is owned by MumboJumbo so it's up to them. Vote for it on the wishlist.

Foxhack: Ritual is dead and MumboJumbo doesn't care for anything that isn't a casual game so forget about getting the game. Ever.
I thought Mumbo Jumbo was formed by ex Ritual people. Why would they obstruct a SiN release on GOG? I'd have expected some sentimentality on their part.

Well, SiN's publisher on Steam went from Activision to MumboJumbo to Ritual, and when that happened SiN 1 vanished, so maybe it'll pop up here ;)
Weren't all re-releases of Sin censored in terms of other game references?

My release from p.i.r.a.t.e.b.a.y is uncensored.

MumboJumbo was formed by some Ritual devs, but they bought them a few years later. See and [url=http://www.gamespot.com/news/ritual-to-talk-mumbojumbo-6164712]here. I remember reading somewhere that since SiN Episodes 1 was a sales failure, they didn't authorize any sequels.

The Steam version was. There are still some unpatched retail versions that were shipped with the unchanged contents, but updating the game with the final patch removes all that, I believe.

Fuzzyfireball: SiN 1 was removed from Steam.
I didn't know that. Steam always removes games in a sneaky way. I'm glad i grabbed it before it vanished.

Oh c'mon, if you support piracy it's your problem, not mine, but there's no need to sugarcoat it on GOG's forum.

It makes me wonder why SiN was removed from Steam after all. Doesn't Mumbo Jumbo still own the rights to it?

One of the first games I played online. I remember having the PC Gamer demo CD and playing it online all the time. I'm not sure I ever actually got the full version, though.
And finally the day came! : )
