And it was an interesting adventure. And I am not gonna rant or overpraise this series.

My whole adventure as paragon shepard was emotional at best and at the end I chose synthesis between organic and synthetic which imo should be the true paragon ending not the control the reapers ending. Also I understand what people meant why they were upset with the endings because like many people said it was promised that:

EVERYTHING YOU DO EVEN THE SMALLEST SIDEQUEST WILL AFFECT THE ENDING!

But appearently my romance with Ashley and Miranda was worthless and getting all those Prothean data disc in ME 1 did not do shit, but the adventure that was there was good, even I felt depressed when I saw Thessia fall to the Reapers.

Now here is something I need to ask what were the continuity errors that everyone says there are, the one I think I noticed was the Krogan and their history, did they always had a developed advance civilization before the Salarians came?

As to the gameplay well yes they remove some RPG stuff from 1 to 3, but at least it still feels and plays like Mass Effect and it did not bothered me like Dragon Age 2.

In the end the whole Trilogy despite its flaws was an interestingly good adventure :)

OK now here is more negative reivew.

The story was good at most times the game is not perfect:

1. All 3 game's combat felt mostly dull and boring and even ME 1 was the same linear get to point A, fight enemies in a skrimish, get to B, skrimish, rince and repeat and throw in Dialouge cutscenes in them. ME 1 was less linear but still not as BIG as everyone praise it to be.

2.I did not like enemies themselves IMO this series combat wise don't have much variety, Geth, Collecters, Soldiers, mostly fought the same way, though there are rachni and varren and the reaper's Banshee and Brute and Husk, I fight mostly Soldier like enemies and only a 1 or 3 boss fights in each game does not help much.

3.Party members are kinda useless when you get stronger level and gear, this is the only RPG where party members felt useless imo.

4. Mabye it was my experiance as a soldier, but I never used any other gun except my Assault Rifle, only in 2 and 3 I also used a pistol, Shotguns, Sniper Rifles, Sub Machine Guns are useless.

5.The morality system I do not like that I can be both Paragon and Renegade at the same time instead of the "once you take a path you cannot go back" concept.

Well those are my complaints.

Leave Elmofongo be, he's been really trying lately. He's dividing everything up into paragraphs and he's trying to use commas and fullstops properly.
It's stated in the Codex that Krogans were at a roughly pre-spaceflight technological level when the Salarians found them. To be specific, they had just bombed themselves into a nuclear winter.
1st one: couldn't stop playing, finished it in 3 days
2nd one: Had great expectations, fired it up, warmed to it after a while, thought "it doesn't matter in the long run, 3rd will be awesome"
3rd one: Fired it up, quit playing after 2nd mission on citadel. Said to myself: "I'll finish it up in a couple of days". That was almost one year ago. It still stays installed on my drive :(

Combat wise, 3rd may be the best but the 1st one was the best one overall in my book, maybe because it promised so much. IMHO, it failed to deliver.
My big issue is the plot of 2 and 3 wind up directly conflicting with ME1 (not to mention ME2 is then made pointless by ME3).

It's an alright trilogy of games, but not some sort of amazing science fiction universe people claim.

Although, the little side stuff is WAY better written than the main plot.

Well since I am going to study politics and history in college I need to be a better writer sooner.

It was just a joke dude, comic reference to our past exchanges. Aside from a slight slip up in the title of this thread (beat, not beaten), you're doing well.
Forcing everyone to turn into half-machines and share their thoughts is paragon?

Okay then.
OI! NOOOOOOOOOOO!
No spoilers! I just started ME1 after the first attempt bugged out before getting to the Eden Prime beacon! Really pissed me off that did. I wasn't even next to the rock I got "stuck" in!

Okay then.
Say the guy who consider that genociding a whole sentient synthetic species is the "good ending" ;-)
