Get Thief, Tomb Raider, Deus Ex, Soul Reaver, and more Square Enix titles 50% off!

If you read the tagline, what more is there really to add? Our [url=http://www.gog.com/promo/square_enix_weekend_promo_080213]Ultimate Square Enix promo offers you the chance to get games from some of the most exciting series with a nice 50% off discount. Square Enix catalog features some of the most impressive gems in the GOG.com offer. Titles that evoke memories and emotions in thousands and thousands of gamers. The character cast of the Square Enix stable alone is impressive enough to make one's heart race. If GOG.com had a red carpet, celebrities such as Lara Croft, Garret the Master Thief, Agent 47, Kain and Raziel, and JC Denton would arrive to walk it on a limousine marked by Square Enix logo. Let's take a quick look at the featured games, shall we?

Lara Croft is the ever-shining star of the Tomb Raider series. Lately her character has undergone some major changes. Here, we give you a chance to spend some quality time with good--erm--classic Lara. Tomb Raider 1+2+3, Tomb Raider: Last Revelation + Chronicles, and Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness sum up all of the miss Croft's early career, for only $4.99 each!

Yet another hero who is a fan of property re-assignment concept, Garret the Thief is now preparing a big return. On GOG.com you can catch up wit all of his adventures, as long as you can keep up with him, as he silently moves through the shadows. Thief Gold, Thief 2: The Metal Age, and Thief 3: The Deadly Shadows let you experience the life of a thievery archmaster, for only $4.99 each!

Also preferring to keep a low-profile, Agent 47 is the main character of the Hitman series. The newest game featuring the bald assassin brought a lot of new ideas to the table, and not all of them met with gamers' appreciation. We give you first two classic Hitman games: Hitman: Codename 47 for only $2.99 and Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, for only $4.99!

That's only a small taste of the Square Enix title you can get 50% off this weekend. Head out to our Ultimate Square Enix promo page, to check out the whole offer!

Even on youtube I haven't seen comments like "Will you just die already?" and "it's you being alive I'm bothered by." That really is far over the line, and I don't think downrepping is quite enough.

Then you haven't been on youtube much and I would strongly discourage doing so, lest you should do more damage to your brain than a shotgun ever could.

Finished up Tomb Raider and picked up Gangsters; had pretty much everything else and I'm not that interested in Urban Chaos, Desret Storm, or Pandemonium.

Oh lawd Xo Ive seen that sort of behavior all over youtube. Its why I stay away from the commenting section like crazy.
Guess I haven't been watching the right (wrong) videos.

What happened between those two anyway? Seems they used to be chummy: http://www.gog.com/forum/general/inverted_worms_superfrog_giveaway/post32

Badmouthing GOG around the internet is totally uncalled for.

It's just another daily drama episode of the forum .
I believe most of you are grown up man, who should be responsible for your own action. There are thousands of people with different background out there. Think before you lashing out. Stupid 'stunt' like this have no place on GOG.com.

It really sounds lame and cliche, but it's the truth.

broken heart can mess with anyone's head...
It's a shame a few of the series in this promo aren't a part of the new bundle deals yet (Dues Ex + Invis War, Thief 1 - 3, etc.).

Combined with this: http://elisadwallace.files.wordpress.com/2011/05/dawson-crying.jpg?w=300&h=225
Gameon knew Licurg's position on Sacrifice and the entire purpose of post #26 was to bait him to respond negatively. I just do not see why anyone would accuse Licurg of harassment instead of Gameon. Gameon, if you're feeling harassed by Licurg's negative response to you bashing Sacrifice to his face, then stop doing that, it's that simple.

Despite his words otherwsie, there is little doubt in my mind that if Licurg had an easy and untraceable method of killing Gameon that he would actually go through with it. Rather, it expresses the preference that he would stop posting, at least about Sacrifice.

I don't think Licurg is even playing Sacrifice that much. It's just his attitude of being loud and annoying..
Wow, this is a really good promo. Will be picking up a few that has been in my wishlist for a while.

Thanks.
Thank you TheEnigmaticT, for convincing me to stop buying games from GOG. Seems counterproductive from a marketing perspective, but job well done.

Guess what? Wishing for someone's death is harassment. It doesn't matter how far away the person is, this is a member of the community being harassed. And defending one community member's right to harass another is neither free, open, inclusive, or all that welcoming really. I wouldn't stick around if that's how you want to run your shop (indeed, I'm not! Go figure!).

And I can expect it from a little wretch like Licurg who has a history of this (which is a sad state of affairs that someone can build up a history of this) but an outright dismissal from the head of marketing, followed by insulting and blaming the victim (who STATED that he felt uncomfortable, and pointed out that it is, surprise surprise, against the forum guidelines).

Gameon didn't ask for police proceedings or a harassment lawsuit (terrific straw man, by the way, absolutely stellar), he just wanted someone to step in. And you settle for passive aggression and insults. Classy, for sure. I noticed gameon's avatar has gone and his title has been replaced. I would be surprised to see him back here; how many more customers do you want to chase away just so folks like Licurg can continue being miserable towards everyone?

And to make it even better, you drag mental illness into it. Seriously. I mean, you can go ahead and blame this whole rant on me being on a different psychological plane if you want (thanks to rampant chronic depression), because I don't get enough prejudice from the rest of the world as it is. Sometimes a duck is a duck, and sometimes someone saying "Will you just die already?" is harassment, and you can leave the insulting and outdated crazy person stereotypes right at the door if you don't mind, because I'm pretty sure that steps beyond just "wishing ill will" no matter how borked your chemical balances are.

For a company that thrives on the vote with your wallets mentality, you've given me a terrific reason to vote against you with mine. I'll be buying my retro games on Steam henceforth, thanks.
