Jack Orlando, Two Worlds series, Earth 2100s series, and Knights and Merchants: Now with FLAC soundtracks, 60% off this weekend!

This weekend, we offer you GOG's entire [url=http://www.gog.com/promo/topware_weekend_promo_040714]TopWare catalog 60% off, and you'll find that many of the games have been updated with exquisite new bonus content. Take Knights & Merchants, a medieval real-time strategy with in-depth society simulation and epic-scaled armies. Even though the game came out in 2001, a community of talented fans doesn't stop in their effort to, fix and tweak it, make it enjoyable for the modern gamer, and support it with all the features the fanbase demands. All this goes towards a impressive mod, called KaM Remake. Get the game for only $2.39 check out the mod, and witness the magic of PC gaming community! The game now comes with a new official soundtrack, in both high-quality MP3 and FLAC format.

Not really fond of historical setting? Would you rather take a plunge into a fantastic realm quite different than our reality? The magical land you'll be visiting in Two Worlds: Epic Edition should easily satisfy all your escapism needs with its vast and lush gameworld, visuals that remain quite impressive even today, and a well-told story that often lets you digress from its main thread. The Epic Edition we offer you, comes bundled with the game's both expansions: Tainted Blood and Curse of Souls. Yours for only $3.99, complete with the new FLAC/MP3 soundtrack, a poster, mocap session footage and additional sketches (the two latter supplied by our user sim2er)!

Fantasy not really your thing? Well, how about some hard science fiction, then? Earth 2140 Trillogy, Earth 2150 Trillogy, Earth 2160--or the Earth 21-something series, as we like to call it--offer top-notch RTS gameplay in a gritty futuristic setting, at $2.39 each! New MP3/FLAC soundtracks have been added to Earth 2140 and Earth 2160, and the latter also received a "making of" documentary.

We've saved the best for last! Jack Orlando: A Cinematic Adventure - Director's Cut tells a story os a private investigator that has seen better days. He's down on his luck and tends to hit the whiskey bottle a little too often, to ease the existential pain. But he’s one of the good guys. He’s actually the one to show some moral fiber in the city that consumes the poor, corrupts the innocent, and spits out the weak. Too bad he ended up in a wrong place at the wrong time and got accused of murder. The game comes with one of the best gaming soundtracks in history. Composed by Harold Faltermeyer it delivers all the old-fashioned lounge jazz one would expect from a noir movie, and sets the perfect mood for the 1933 gritty murder-mystery adventure. You can have this exceptional piece of gaming music in MP3/FLAC format bundled with the game for only $2.39. Highly recommended!

Of course, that's not all of the excellent titles you can find 60% off in our TopWare Reloaded promo this weekend, so head out to the promo page and pick your favorites. The offer lasts until Tuesday, July 8, at 3:59AM GMT.

NOTE:
We're currently in the process of uploading all the new bonus content. It might take a while before all the goodies show up on your shelves, but they will get there today!
Bonus goodies/extras for those of us who already have some of the games on sale :)

Crosmando: Hey GOG, can you please find out what the deal with this is:
http://store.steampowered.com/app/253860/

Steam apparently have a version of Earth 2140 which supports widescreen resolutions, and we don't...

Matruchus: This might have been resolved today since there was an update for this game on gog today.
No, only new soundtrack has been added. See the first post in this thread.
Is HD version of Earth 2140 added or not?
My Topware catalog is almost complete . I don't own these games :

Two Worlds 2: Epic Edition
Jack Orlando: A Cinematic Adventure (DC)
Cool promo, I have the Two Worlds duo already from the summer promo.

I'm thinking of maybe grabbing Septerra Core and Enclave.

Jack Orlando looks like an interesting throwback to the 90s adventure games that I loved as a kid.
still thinking about grabbing the Earth games....

It's not about fixing the old game. The old game was just fine. Only this new version si bugged. And there is a thread that devs made to report bugs. Yet they seem to have no intension to fix them. So there is no point in purchasing this newer version as it does not work. I'd rather buy the old version from GOG that runs through DOSbox with working A.I.

Hey developers! How about going down the GOG route, and offering the DOS version with the fixed AI as bonus content? As much as me and everyone else would like to have a native Windows working version with HD resolutions; you know - what we paid for; I think that any working version at all right now would be an acceptable compromise. Grudgingly acceptable - but acceptable. Main thing is that our money hasn't been completely wasted. Peace

You are missing out on TW2 holmes, those horse races were great.

And I will admit to many hours spent hunting on the plains.

mrking58: NOOO! Jack Orlando got some stuff which means that someone in the world may buy it. One of the worst games I have ever played, I am shamed that I have it on GOG.
It's far from the worst.
It's quite a charming detective game really. Too bad there's some unfixed bugs, which can lead to unsolvable dead-ends and such. Encountered two of those, IIRC. But then again, back in the day games had those on purpose, and the trick to get around those has been the same for the last 30 years: "save often".

Wouldn't recommend anyone unfamiliar with adventure games to start with this one, but experienced adventurers are probably getting their money's worth (at least with discounted prices... :-)
Jagged Alliance 2 Wildfire is a GREAAA+T game! This "CombatEquipManageTrainShootSurvive"-Virus has catched me up a couple of days ago again. AGAIN! Must be 5th or 6th time... Soo, don't have more time to write nonsense here ;) - have to kick into some more blue and black bad asses of Old Witch D.!
Is it possible to run Gorky 17 on Win7? I keep looking at this game every sale and and then putting it back on the shelf, not making a purchase. =/

Do you know Jagged Alliance 2, resp. ~ Wildfire? If yes: How is Gorky 17 compared to it? (If you've played it already.)

I'd be REALLY careful with that one. I don't own it but I've definitely heard back things about it on modern machines. That's a title TopWare definitely needs to spend some time fixing.
