[url=http://www.gog.com/promo/might_magic_universe_2]The Vast Universe of Might and Magic on GOG.com is filled with all-time classics with a 50% discount. If you have anything important to do in coming days, please reschedule, because such favorites as Heroes of Might and Magic III or Might and Magic VI will keep you busy, well, forever. The offer doesn’t last forever but only until next Monday, April 9th at 11.59 p.m. EDT.

Heroes of Might and Magic is probably the most recognizable, acclaimed, and legendary of the whole Might and Magic series. It’s a game that set the standard for turn-based strategies for years to come--one may argue that HoMM created a genre of its own, while every fantasy strategy nowadays will be compared to this amazing series. HoMM is a combination of strategy (many opponents, many castles, many heroes), RPG (gathering experience and leveling), resource management (gathering resources, managing armies) and pure awesome, something between the cracks that makes the game so special. It doesn’t matter whether it's Heroes of Might and Magic, Heroes of Might and Magic II: Gold Edition, Heroes of Might and Magic III: Complete, Heroes Chronicles: All Chapters, or Heroes of Might and Magic IV: Complete--each of them is a game so simple to understand and yet so insanely addictive that it will make you want to play “just one more turn” over and over again. If you’ve never played as the Hero, we recommend starting with Heroes of Might and Magic III: Complete Edition--the title considered to be iconic to the series, the magnum opus of 3DO. All the HoMM games on GOG.com are only $4.99 this weekend.

If you already own all of these, you can also pick up Heroes of Might and Magic V Bundle, which includes both of the game’s expansions (Hammer of Fate and Tribes of the East) and more than 170 minutes of soundtracks, an official artbook, wallpapers, avatars, design sketches. Pick Heroes of Might and Magic V up for a limited time together with Assassin’s Creed: Director’s Cut Edition on a special introductory sale: buy one, get one free for $19.99.

Might and Magic, on the other hand, is a series of RPG games set in the same universe. From the deepest dungeons to the intrigues of the royal court, lead a band of adventurers on a dangerous journey of amazing depth and intelligence. Develop your characters through an unique skill point system and take part in an epic clash between the Ancients. Gather your forces, forge new alliances and destroy all who oppose you. The fate of the world is in your hands!

Might and Magic 6 pack includes: Might and Magic: Book 1, Might and Magic 2: Gates to Another World, Might and Magic 3: Isles of Terra, Might and Magic 4&5: World of Xeen, bonus adventure Swords of Xeen and Might and Magic VI: The Mandate of Heaven. After you’re done, get Might and Magic 7: For Blood and Honor, Might and Magic 8: Day of the Destroyer, and Might and Magic 9 to complete the Mightily Magical experience. If you’ve never played any Might and Magic games, we’d suggest you pick up the 6 pack for $4.99 and start with Might and Magic VI: The Mandate of Heaven. All Might and Magic games are 50% off only this weekend.
How good of GOG to run a promo where I already have all the good games. My wallet is safe for one more week.

You said great, so no need to mention those two :D

I might finally get Chronicles, if money permits. The only game I don't own on GoG or otherwise (except for Homm5 with both expansions).

No, it's just that Crusaders lacks the magic of the other games. It's just more of a run, kill, run, kill than anything else. And MM9, while could have been great, was released with so many bugs that it's almost impossible to finish it. Even 3rd party patches help little with it. But then, having the whole collection in one place DRM-free does sound like something I'd probably do as well :D
May I suggest prolonging promo by 1 day - while holiday many people are not at home (or have visitors) - it would be a shame if they missed such nice promo.

I guess I'll go for M&M7 this time.
I'll just grab M&M IX while it's cheap. *yoink!*
I'm broke, but I still nabbed HoMM3. I actually own both the original, both expansions *and* the Complete edition, but I have no idea where the original discs are, and Armageddon's Blade and Complete were both scratched long ago.
Nice promo, good time to pick up a couple of these I haven't got
