Waxworks, Downfall, Secret Agent, Chaos Overlords, and many other classics up to 70% off!

Hear ye, hear ye! In case you missed it, spring has arrived and with it comes our [url=http://www.gog.com/promo/spring_weekend_promo_160514]May Myriad of Games!! This weekend we are offering a cornucopia of classic titles, ranging from horror in a living wax museum, a cyberpunk dystopia with turn-based gang warfare to a post-apocalyptic point-and-click adventure where Man is a mostly a myth. The temperatures are high (unless you are in rainy Europe) but the prices are low! Let's take a look at the classics we've got lined up for you!

and [url=http://www.gog.com/game/the_cat_lady]The Cat Lady. Usually, when we write about these kind of promos, we mention one game at a time in these blurbs but these two games should be played together, starting with and then [url=http://www.gog.com/game/the_cat_lady]The Cat Lady. In Downfall, you, as Joe Davis, will explore a hotel that isn't quite what it seems and you'll encounter many twists and tuns that may warp your psyche just a tad. In The Cat Lady, set in the same universe as Downfall, you'll take on the role of Susan Ashworth as you come to grips with the reality of depression and battle against five Parasites, ruthless psychopaths that wear human forms. If you're a fan of Remigiusz Michalski's psychological horror, you can't pass these stylish adventures by!

Before he was known as the greatest ladies man to grace the Earth, Duke Nukem had his humble beginnings in Duke Nukem 1 +2. With classic side-scrolling platforming action, you'll go through Duke's first forays into video gaming fame. Battle against the fantastically evil Dr. Proton, get kidnapped and fight back against zombifying aliens, and see why Duke wrote a book called "Why I'm So Great".

It wouldn't be spring without a bit of chaos! If you're looking for a classic cyberpunk turn-based strategy game, you can't go wrong with Chaos Overlords. You'll wage war against rival overlords sending out your gangs against theirs in a tense war of influence over a vulnerable city.

Each game's a classic in our May Myriad of Games! Grab a wide variety of games for up to 70% off until Tuesday, May 20th 3:59 AM GMT. Spring is in the air!

@Thespian:
Thanks! But wait, 19 games? When I read "Myriad" I expected dozens of games, but 19? C`mon, it`s not quite much!

I expected 10'000. I was mildly disappointed too.

I was wondering since it still appears I have mine (which I like to keep). Are they going to remove it for those that got it free or what. It would be good to know before the sale ends =/

Ittle Dew for 4.20$? Too late, GOG, i got it for 2.80$ in Humble Store.
Shame that i waited so long for this game and now it appears everywhere...

gandalf.nho: Hum, all the interesting games in this promo I already have. How's is Balls of Steel for very casual pinball players?
It's decent, though I feel there are better pinball games on GOG. The Pro Pinball games are by far the best, though they may not be quite as casual friendly. The Pinball Gold Pack is another great choice. It has a great variety of tables. I do not care for Dream Pinball 3D or Pure Pinball 2.0. I'm still waiting for a sale to try Pinball World.

Though they're not on GOG, The Pinball Arcade and Pinball FX2/Zen Pinball are both great games and each offer one free table.
I've long since noticed that my Duke Nukem 3D CD has Duke Nukem 1+2 on it. I might still get the GOG version just so I don't have to deal with setting up DOSBox.

Two questions: In terms of the pinball games here, would you recommend Balls of Steel? Also, Ittle Dew seems to have mixed reviews but it still has 4 stars. Would any of you recommend it at the discount price?

With soundtrack? Avatars? Artworks? Wallpapers?

I don't think so. GOG versions FTW! :)

I'm still a bit confused. I don't use paypal on gog.

I just wanted to know if there letting those that got the game free to keep it is all.

ALH: I would assume it is very simple to pick up and play. The layout reminds me of the classic Pinball Dreams.

grimgroove: It's the best. Easy to learn, but mastering every table takes practice. The practice however, is loads of fun.
